　　Founded in 1965, Huasheng Construction Group is now a special-class enterprise for general contracting of housing construction in China. It has a registered capital of 306 million Yuan, total assets valuing 2.7 billion Yuan, and 14000 at-post employees, of which over 2000 are technical specialists and specialized administrators. Engaged in industrial and civilian construction, groundwork and foundation works, ancient-style gardens, steel structure project, decoration, design, water and electricity and heating access, fire protection, city planning, real estate development, hotel and entertainment, and equipment lease, our company is powerful in construction technology and administration, with an annual construction capacity above 5 billion Yuan. The projects our company is developing and undertaking are mainly located in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Suzhou, Anhui, Guangdong, Beijing, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, etc., with some oversea extensions.

　　Our company has set up 21 sub-companies, 9 offices, 11 real estate branches, 9 specialized companies, 2 designing institutes and 2 hotels in Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanjing, Beijing, Hubei, Xi’an, Henan, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, and Singapore. Among those branches Yongjia Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a first-class real estate company and Ningbo Daxie International Hotel is built in accordance with standards for 5-star foreign hotels.

　　Huasheng Construction Group is run according to the certified conformity system of ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/T28001. It carries out brand strategy and has made two-fold achievements in both material and spiritual aspects. Honors and awards it has achieved in the past are: one “Luban Award”, three “National Consumer-Satisfying Project”, four “ministerial sample quality project”, 14 “Qianjiang Cup” quality projects of Zhejiang province, five “Magnolia Cup” quality projects of Shanghai, “Quality-Structure Project” of Shanghai, municipal and regional awards such as “Pujiang Cup” of Shanghai and “Yongjiang Construction Cup” of Ningbo… altogether over 250 awards. It has also created over 100 provincial and municipal “Standard Civil Construction Site” and won the title of “Star Construction Enterprise”, “National Top Construction Enterprise”, national advanced enterprise for “Quality and Profit”, “National Customer-Satisfying Enterprise”, “Shanghai Top 30 Construction Enterprises for Comprehensive Strength”, Zhejiang “Top 20 Construction Enterprise”, “Zhejiang Civil Unit”, and a lot of other honors. Meanwhile, for eight successive years it has been ranked “AAA enterprise” by Zhejiang CCB for its excellent bank credit and titled as “Contract-Respecting and Promise-Keeping Enterprise” by Zhejiang Administration for Industry and Commerce.
